📋 Know Before You Book:
Guests are required to sign a rental agreement directly with us and events will require a refundable security deposit.

No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. We highly recommend travel insurance to help in case you need to cancel outside of our policy window! Refunds (when applicable) are processed minus a $250 credit card processing fee.

🕓 Check-in/Check-out Times: Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM - On back-to-back booking days, we’re unable to offer early check-in or late check-out so our cleaners can work their magic in this large house. If there's flexibility, we’ll let you know — we always try to accommodate when we can!

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, our home is not suitable for accommodating them.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in full loss of security deposit to cover Odor removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Our home can accommodate no more than 22. Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8am and are strictly enforced. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. To be considerate of our neighbors and to ensure the safety of our guests, we employ Minuit noise monitoring (decibel monitor) in the living room common area, rec room and outside. The Minuit monitor only tracks decibel levels.

★ SECURITY CAMERAS★
For safety, we have exterior cameras. For consideration of our neighbors since we are in a residential area, we also have noise monitors on the exterior of the building. The Minuit noise monitor only tracks decibel levels.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
