As much as we love furry friends, we’re unable to accommodate pets at The Salty Jewel.

🚭 No Smoking Indoors
This is a smoke-free home. Evidence of indoor smoking will result in a $500 deep cleaning fee. Thanks for keeping the space fresh for everyone!

🎉 No Parties or Events
Please treat our home with care and kindness. City quiet hours (10 PM–7 AM) are strictly enforced to keep the peace in our beachfront community.

📝 Booking Info
• Primary guest must be 25+
• ID verification + signed rental agreement required
• A $500 refundable security deposit hold is placed 3 days before arrival and released 3 days after checkout

⛔ Cancellations
We cannot issue refunds for weather, natural events, or power outages. Any eligible cancellations are subject to a $150 fee. We highly recommend travel insurance!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $150.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
